日立 FOUNDRY-MASTER Xpert 全譜火花直讀光譜儀

FOUNDRY-MASTER Xpert臺式光譜儀用于固體樣品元素定量分析的儀器。光學系統采用CCD檢測器，光譜范圍覆蓋全部典型材料，全新數字光源，帶有油水分離器的真空泵避免油霧污染。儀器裝備有氬氣沖洗火花臺，開放式設計火花臺適合不同形狀和尺寸的樣品分析。
